The Shavers team is comprised of only 8 key members. Although this number is relatively small, the years of experience and expertise by comparison is huge.

The eight members of the Shaver's team have an excess of 200 years experience in the woodworking field. The following team profile list will enable you to understand the roles of the key members and how they offer the personalized service our customers have come to expect.

Roy Shaver, Restoration Specialist, over 53 years experience.

Roy has been building sash since he was just a boy. He has restored and built sash for the most elaborate churches to the simplest of barns. If you are looking to restore something to original, Roy has either built one or has seen one.

Florence Shaver, over 40 years experience

Flo has been issuing statements, cheques and invoices almost as long as Roy has been building sash. If ever there is a question regarding account status, invoices, bill payments, etc., Flo is always quick to offer answers, duplicates, or explanations.

Raymond Dunlop, Window Specialist, 31 years experience.

Ray has been manufacturing windows since 1969. He has seen numerous types of styles and trends in the window industry. He prides himself in reproducing any window style or type.

Willie Kupiec, Door Specialist, 30 years experience.

Willie has been in the woodworking industry in almost every form from framing to finishing. His attention to detail is reflected in every door he produces.

Allen Shaver, Machinery Specialist, 23 years experience.

Allen understands every single process in our shop. He has performed every job in the shop at one time or another. Allen has produced the most detailed door units and has also swept the floor. He ensures the machinery, from the exhaust system to the finest of sharpening tools, is operating at its capacity. If something is not quite right, Allen always offers and explanation and a solution.

Bob Erickson, Moulding Specialist, 21 years experience.

Bob has vast experience in the manufacturing of cupboards. Stair components and mouldings. His knowledge of machinery and process enables him to reproduce the most detailed of mouldings.

Arlene Grams (Shaver), Office Manager, 16 years experience.

Arlene always greets our customers with a smile and a cheery voice. Her extensive knowledge and understanding of the woodworking industry enables her to answer any question or concerns proficiently. She does all data entry to produce accurate price pages and monthly accounting reports. Any inquiries regarding pricing, shipping, delivery and installation dates are also answered by Arlene.

Gord Plessl, Project Estimator, 5 years experience.

Gord's job entails visiting job sites, reviewing architectural plans, or personal conversations to determine the scope of work required. He then compiles expertise or past experiences of the Shaver personnel to put forth an accurate competitive job estimate. Upon customer acceptance he also ensures project scheduling and delivery dates.
